My other problem is that when one nail "just pops off" they take them all off rather than coming to me, okay they do get charged for a full set again but it's heartbreaking when you know that you did a good set in the 1st place, so now I ask them what they would do if one room in their 10 room house had the plaster coming off the walls, would they strip the whole house? or just call the plasterer in to mend one wall? they have started to get the point!!!
