Hmmmmm... I know IL had been toying with the idea of appenticeship, but I don't know for sure! Check with the IL Dept of Prof Reg to be sure though (and get a written copy in writing from them as to requirements) If it's free, then why not? (As long as it doesn't take time away from other impt. matters.) If you have to pay... they choose wisely, as in all matters!
