Subject: I have no words for Marcie. She loses the first baby she adopted because the father didn't give up his parental rights, so she jumps right into another one where the father isn't giving up his parental rights. I don't know if it's insanity or stupidity but it proves she sure as hell shouldn't be handed a kid!
