Subject: Cole is not a character I root for, to be honest. Neither is this whole s/l of the teen pregnancy. Nor is Todd. The focus has been on him because of his insane actions that were much too much overboard through it all. Everyone shares the blame but only one is trying to resolve things - Blair!
In reply to: Dandesun 's message, "Todd's stuff with Starr is beyond messed up and needs to be rectified and dealt with in a very real way. But, in all honesty, Todd can pound on Cole all day long and I'm fine with that. I applaud Blair for trying to get through to Todd but, clearly, something has switched in his head and he's just not hearing it or even seeing what he's doing at this point. Blair's right to keep him away if he's this detached from reality." on 09:43:32 05/22/08 Thu

[> [> [> [> There's really nothing rootable about this storyline period. For me, Cole has never been a rootable character at all, so perhaps that's a big part of the problem. I'm sorry they decided to portray an issue as serious as teen pregnancy with all the focus on "Todd's insane behavior" with a side of "Sole's romantic bumper car ride." IMO, RC is making a mockery out of a serious issue. -- Cathy, 10:59:10 05/22/08 Thu

[> [> [> [> [> I am lovin Blair right now. I had a problem with her when she was a weak doormat for a few months, but since the teens ran away to VA Beach, Blair has been just freakin' amazing. The teens leaving really brought back Blair's intelligence and strength. However, I know some will disagree, but I am definitely proud to be a Blair fan right now. -- lucy, 11:13:05 05/22/08 Thu

[> [> [> [> [> Cathy, I agree, there is nothing good about this s/l. But when given lemons .. .well, you know the rest. For the first time in a longtime Blair is the rootable character here. We can all agree to disagree, but Blair has risen to the occassion so she dserves some kudos in spite of her msitakes, which are far less than any of the others. -- San, 13:55:06 05/22/08 Thu
