Subject: Blair threw Todd out and took out a restraining order. I guess from that, he assumed she was saying their marriage was over. Who wouldn't assume that? She never attempted to talk to him later or tell him differently.

I don't understand why Blair appears so shocked. Is it because Todd filed before she did?
