Subject: Given the circumstances, Blair should have sat down with her daughter and had a talk about being sexually active. She should have taken her to the doctor and gotten her birth control pills. Whether or not she believes that Starr did NOT have sex with her boyfriend she could easily see that Starr INTENDED to and she didn't do anything about it but coddle Starr and stick her head in the sand. She could just as easily have tried to talk Todd down from his insane place while still being realistic to and about her daughter.
