Subject: I blame Starr for having unprotected sex at 16. Jessica is a married woman and if she doesn't want to use bc that's her business. At least she is old enough to handle the responsibility of a child, as is someone like Blair. We're talking about adults who already have children vs. a 16 year old kid.
