She disagrees with his methods. She doesn't seem to disagree that Starr and Cole should be apart. Yeah, she was playing Good Cop with Cole and being all sympathetic but, somehow, I don't see Blair being entirely against what Todd feels. He's being extreme and I have to assume that's going to come to a head soon but maybe, just maybe, she's not all that against the principle. Just the execution.
