Subject: Want too know the hold up

I called the 1-877-647-4567 a few months ago,I also recieved a letter,filled out,sent back in witha copy of my license.Is there a problem with sending me the book or any coupons? Please let me know. My friend "Patty Gonzalez called the nuber also and has not gotten a paper too fill out and send her license in.Could you please send us a letter or something too let us know what the problem is? Thank you very much.
