You have to call18006275200 and then if you are not in their data pass then you have to wait for them to send you a information card that u need to send back and when they get it and then they will send you a catolog. (I just got off the phone with them) And if you are a nonsmoker who collects them, lie and tell them you smoke or they will tell you that you can not be part of the program
