I signed up a long time ago and am presently receiving coupons for carton purchases but have never received the form to send in for free cartons. I have been saving my proofs of purchase as required. I before I moved last year, I received everything including the catalog, free carton offer and coupons. Now I am only receiving the coupons for purcahses.

I would like to receive coupons for Doral cigarettes by packs and cartons. I have sent for a free carton of doral ultra lights 100's twice with enough upcs to cover them and have never received them. It's been about 2 and 1/2 years ago. I don't understand it because I have a good friend by the name of Gracie Bradford that has received her free cartons every time she has sent in for them and sometimes without even sending in an order. So please let me know what I have to do to receive my free cartons and free coupons and also discount coupons. I never got my bar codes back for the cartons I that I sent for. I would appreciate you looking into this matter and let know why I have been treated like this.
