After collecting the goods labels necessary to redeem for itmes in your catalog, I sent my form along with the required shipping and handling charges. The check for thoses charges cleared on 10/08. It is now 12/04 and and I have yet to receive a thing. Sounds like a call to my Attorney General will be in order soon. And yes, I have the cancelled check.

I also had my order placed in. along with the check,,,,which has been cashed,,As of this date 12/19/03 Have'nt gotten anything yet? anyone with any info as how to contact them and find out our status ?

After doing some search. Found the phone # and contacted them. I guess there was a goof on my mailing address. which placed my order on hold. Even tho the address was on the check,,, Driver ID,, Return address,,AND !!!! The self applying return address label that they printed out for me.And of course my home phone number....

AFTER TRYING TO CHECK ON MY ORDER I RAN ACROSS YOUR EMAIL PRETAINING TO THE NEWPORT GOODS. I CALLED THEM JUST NOW AND THEY SAID THAT MY ADDRESS WAS WRONG AND WAS ON HOLD. IMAGINE THAT EVERYONES ADDRESS WAS WRONG. THANK YOU FOR POSTING THEIR PHONE NUMBER. THE OPERATOR TOLD ME TO CHECK BACK IN ABOUT A WEEK. SO I GUESS WE WILL SEE. I WILL KEEP YOU POSTED.
