I am almost positve they have canceled the miles program. I highly doubt any of you will get catalogs, especialy by requesting it here. This is NOT a philip morris site, therefore, how would they be able to send you a catalog?

They most certainly HAVE NOT cancelled the miles redemption program. If you have requested a catalog, then you will get one. Just have patients. The program isn't over until September 2003.
