Subject: Sent In order with coupons

On September 15th, 2003 I sent a package with the Marlboro Mile coupons inside. My tracking number with the USPS is 0302 2940 0001 3394 2633. I understand it was received at 4:00 pm on September 17, 2003 in Dover DE 19906. We have not received our order. On the same day, my daughter, Sally and Carl Eckert, #3 Colonial Court, Florissant, Mo sent their order in. They have received their order, and I have NOT. My name is Clarence R. and Myrta E. Hessley, 670 Charvel Drive, Florissant, Missouri, 63031-1841, 314-839-3485.
