Subject: why haven't they sent me a catolog.

Back in January I sent in all the paperwork required to get a catolog sent to me. The from was completed, copy of my CDL, everything. Never recieved a catolog. I called the 1-800-Marlboro line and left all the info on there, twice. No catolog. Now I have noticed tha the miles age changing. Are we still going to be able to use are old miles, or will they not take them or limit us to 500. Anyone know?
