I couldn't agree more. I read through everyone of your archives and there is a wealth if info in them. As a person new 2 Q who is building my own smoker, I could sure use a lot of local help. Things such as where to get wood. Buyin a cord of wood (actually wood pellets) at Can Tire would cost about the same as a small house here in Scarborough.
