Thanks for the kudos Rog, we'll take it one step at a time and see how it goes. As you know, any given Sturday any team can get lucky. Maybe that's what's happened with me so far.

A team can be unlucky pretty quick too. I made a costly mistake by not taking regional differences into account. For the pork category I made those dry-rubbed chops that I won with at Weekend Warriors, and they got totally hammered finishing eleventhnd my fish steaks were the best I have ever done in my opinion, and they placed seventh. It turns out where I made my error is that evrything in New England seems to have sauce on it. My friends who sampled my wares said that the flavour was excellent, but they couldn't imagine handing it in without sauce.

Oh well. I'll know better next time.
