Hey guys!

Good to hear from you. Thanks for the kind words. As you know we had a blast and look forward to returning real soon. I'm even told I enjoyed myself on Saturday night, although I having a little recollection problem. LOL!

As far as the dry/wet controversy goes, I was mostly refrring to grilled items. Up here it would be rare to see a beautiful grilled steak, chop, or piece of fish with sauce on it. Ribs are an ongoing debate. I personally love my ribs dry with a little dipping sauce on the side. Debby likes hers so wet you need a roll of paper towel on the side. For competition I do what I can to appeal to all tastes and compromise with just a thin glaze of finishing sauce.
