I have been to Sobie's many times & looked around. Nice units in stock. The thing you have going for you & that the Tejas is there & shipping has been paid in the price. If you go with Klose, which Roger said is a good unit as well, then you have shipping, duty & exchange. So,with all those things add in one more, how long before you can get a Klose shipped into Toronto?
Go with Tejas & call us when the ribs are ready. My wife has an office in Parkdale ( Toronto Rehab )
