Good morning BBBrown, twas a nice weekend eh?

My idea was to find a sweet BBQ sauce that asks for cider vinegar and substitute that with maple vinegar and see what gives.
Meanwhile, here's a sauce recipe you can use on ribs, chicken wings or ham. Obviously it is sweet. This is the basics. You might want to spike it, substitute or add a few ingredients like ginger or chili powder or cayenne and experiment :

3/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tbs chili sauce
1 tbs worcestershire sauce
1 tbs red wine vinegar
1 onion finely chopped
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Salt and Pepper.
