sounds great Mr. BBBrown . lucky nothing , its all that expertise . i have never done a brisket but have done eye of the round many times . i sliced it then put it in thinned down sauce , heated and served . wonderful stuff . i'm definately envious of you today . good qu'in to ya . reg
