>cooking . hope this info helps . reg >Thanks for sharing the info Reg,sounds like a good idea.I was wonder'in if you seal the top too when you are cook'in?Your idea for the ash pan is probably the best mod i've seen for this rig so far.Btw,I've used a lot of royal oak lump to but I don't think it's hardwood,It does'nt say anywhere on the bag and does,nt get the burn time of this other stuff I found.Good Q'en,Bigj.
