Bought a candy thermometer today. There should be a WSM with my name on it this week. BTW, the price is 279$. Not bad. If all goes well we should eat smoked chicken -I'll probably try it on a throne- on Saturday and smoked ribs on Sunday. And send me that pig's head for Monday. LOL
