>wanta know which direction to head . lol . reg Hey Reg,I'm do'in ribs for sure(Baby's) and maybe a small shoulder or country style ribs.I find the shoulder cooks better on the ecb(because of the bone I'm think'in),easier to get it to fall apart compared to a butt say.I also like the country style because it's not too thick so it cooks quicker,some times i slice it into "ribs"that way I get more bark.Good Q'n,Bigj.
