Mornin Guys: Went to Sobies and Ontario Gas Barbecue on Sat. as well. Really liked Sobies and the staff it's a family run bus. and they take the time to be friendly with each customer that comes threw the door. I had a nice chat with Malcolm Sobie the founder and he was very interested in the association. Ontario Gas Barbecue is huge but mostly geard to GAS I didn't see any wood at all. They had one brinkman on the floor and about a 12 to 14 small meco and weber smokers...Bruce
