I was thinking that as he is dry and all he would decline but that didn't happen.

The dinner was a pot luck affair so I was not worring about serving other food. One person asked who cooked the ham so it would appear that I have a bit of educating to do. :)

Next time I am going to try and keep the temp down in the 230-250 range. I would like to see if it makes a difference. It was pretty darn good although some of the outisde edges were a bit dry but the thing was so big I didn't worry about it.
