Subject: Seasonal Suggestion

Seems like the split pistachios become plentiful and go on special the closer we get to the holidays. Picked some up the other day and smoked em in the shell, about 200 degrees with plenty of hickory smoke. The shells take the greatest hit with the smoke, but it does get to the pistachios themselves.
A nice little curveball for when you set a bowl out for company.
