hi Peter. the filtered water is only because of chlorine added by the water works. sometimes here it is strong. the brown sugar is optional depending on your taste of molasses, i use what ever i have at the time.

the fire control should not really be a problem. you know that this type of proceedure is not really written in stone and if you stay close you should be ok.

my stuff will be ready on Wednsday but i may not start until the weekend. ( afternoon just in case some of you are interested in my schedule )
