I would say to go with a green egg, but the WSM ( Weber Smokey Mountain )seems to be used by a few of us as well. Reg has his WSM unit down to a fine science & uses it quite often as well. I enjoy using my Eggs cause they great in all kinds of weather. E mail me if you would like more info.
