Bryan i just got the book on Christmas eve day. what a pain in the butt, it kept getting lost and so on. then one day it shows up with UPS along with another bill for $32.10 for shipping and this is after 3 weeks ! needless to say we sent it back and had one shipped to a friends PO BOX in NFNY. then yesterday he calls and says he has picked up another one from his PO Box lol. i will go pick it up today then just wait and see what happens.

it is a third addition book and has lots of up to date info. it is a must if you are going to get into sausage making and curing.
