morning Reg. i usually smoke it in my big smoker but you can also do it in your WSM. fill your waterpan with ice and pre start 4 or 5 briquettes. make a pouch out of aluminum foil and add you favorite smoke wood. add your pouch right on top the charcoal. top vent always wide open and adjust your lower vents to slow down the charcoal burn. don't forget you can also use your other grate for more ice if needed. i hope you give cold smoking a shot.
