Have you tried the Barbecues Galore out there? There's one in the north end at:
3505 Edmonton Tr., NE, Calgary, (403) 250-1560,
and one in the south end of the city at:
5608 1st Street SE, (403) 258-1607.
According to their website, they claim to have pretty much everything you need (although their lump supply is conspicuous by its absence)
