Subject: Pulled pork mania!

Last weekend Sobey's had whole New York shoulder on for $1.19/lb. I've never done one, so for a lark I bought a nice 15 pounder, rubbed it down, and fired up the bullet. A mere 21 hours later I had one heck of a lot of pulled pork. Took a huge casserole full to my MIL's for dinner on Sunday and still had 11 small freezer bags full. Took some to friends at work but still had quite a few left.

Debby said on Wednesday that there was no way she could face another BBQ sandwich for a while, so I started looking for alternative recipes. On Tuesday I made pulled pork tacos (excellent) and last night pulled pork shepherd's pie (mediocre).

Has anybody else done anything interesting with leftovers. I'm thinking pulled pork tortiere, but that seems a little dry and boring.
