I used a #2 blend for the maple sirop, it's darker less refined and has a stronger maple flavor than the more expensive stuff. A guy from work does it. The honey seemed kinda bland. Next time I will try a few different spices. This stuff is easy to make and tastes a lot better than the stuff you get from the store. It must be good if the kids will eat it.
