Dang! Our London IGA just switched over to Sobey's! If you see my post below, Sobey's has boneless pork loin on for 2.69/lb. Obviously, at 1.49/lb, the IGA special is bone-in at that price. Wondering how the two compare? I mean, if you bought bone-in at the 1.49/lb and then de-boned it yourself, what would you be paying for your now-boneless pork loin? Have you ever re-weighed the loin after de-boning, just to see how much you did pay to get it down to a boneless roast (which I'm assuming you do for making peameal or Canadian bacon...)
