Super idea!!
First priority (for me, anyway) is the date. My calendar is filling up fast. My suggestion would be for May or maybe even April.
Assuming the three categories are butt, ribs and chicken with the fourth open, can we accomodate a beef category? New for the CBSA but I've heard a lot of discussion around beef on the forum.
Darren, the prizes sound great; fees are modest and hopefully there will be a great turnout from the membership.
