I couldn't agree with you more, Ron!

All of this nonsense started for me when my wife found an extra $50.00 in the budget for me to buy a warehouse-sale water smoker.

If I start to ring up all of the equipment and invoices that have come since, I consider myself very fortunate to be married to someone who tolerates this hobby and the apparent insanity that comes with it.

All this AND she's pretty handy in the woodworking shop to boot.
