Here's #12 for September! Things are hopping now! LOL Yeah, it's been quite the sleepy burgh around here lately. What have you been cooking? Don't know about everyone but Mop's been cookin hogs for money and bacon-wrapped jalapenos and butterflied chickens for fun. Reg has been working long hours lately. Personally, I've been hit and miss on the bbq front...did a brisket the other day which turned out really well, but for the most part I've been trying to shake off some of this big boiler so lots of boneless, skinless chicken breasts, portobello mushrooms etc etc
