The information I have supports Reg's experience. I'm doing 3 birds this year. One about 9 lb and the other 2 12 -14 lb.

I took some information from the Klose forum a couple of weeks ago, you may want to check that out (sept 28--turkeys, posted by dk).

I'll be cooking mine Monday, keep in touch. Let's compare notes.
