Vacuum pack them , then freeze and send them heavily wrapped in newspaper. They will get there either still frozen or at least cold, without spoiling. Big thing is to keep the air from them. I have successfully kept ribs (I actually forgot about them in my fridge at work) for over 6 weeks. I hadn't taken any sick time for a while so me and my boss ate them. I'm still here ain't I. I wouldn't recommend you try this but you should have no problem sending them in the mail.
