Sounds like a feast. Looking forward to hearing about the buckwheat cabbage rolls. they sound great! We smoked a turkey here for the family and one for the neighbours. I had never brined a bird before...what a difference. I'll never cook without brining again.

Tell me about the tenderloin; cook time, temperature, rub. The pork on top sounds like a good idea. That was suggested to me for venison, but I have not tried it yet.
