Subject: Paul Kirk Class in Branford Ont, March 22, 2003

Paul has agreed to do a class in Canada for March 23rd, 2003. I hope this is agreeable to all?
I'll be helping Paul out for the class.
Please give me a email if interested, or if you have questions.
Now all we need is a location.........any ideas?
Cost should be around $195.00 US plus any location costs (if any). Looks like we need a minimum of 18 or so paid persons to really make this a go.
Class will involve brisket, pork, ribs, chix, and sausage for the meats and rub making.
