Hi folks!

For those of you who may not have heard, November's issue of Maxim magazine has a really fun article (..That's right, dear, I buy it for the articles...) on hog roasting. They throw a party and have three well-known 'Q'ers cook 'em up 3 ways; Pit-Style (DrBBQ - Bonesmokers), Rotisserie (Chris Lily - Big Bob Gibson's), and offset smoker (Fast Eddy Maurin)

It's worth a read, and as long as you're picking the magazine up you may want to sneak a wee peek at the photos too!
