It varries due to bacon and moisture.
I'll time it next time (this weekend).
BTW I take regular american bacon, rub 1 side lightly and i mean lightly, lay it rub side up on my smoker and smoke until just getting crisp over cherry. Don't smoke too long or it gets tough.
