Subject: School Barbecue

Good Morning, this morning is the big school bbq, there are 900 people, mostly kids but it still requires 2200 or so weenies.
Being that I`m into REAL bbq instead of just run-o-the mill bbq, I took it upon myself to go that extra step to take it from plain jane weenies to comp quality weenies!

MAN, have you ever tryed brining and injecting 2200 weenies, I was up all freakin; night, but HEY, those kids will appreciate it, won`t they?????????

Have a good day, I have to go and cook dem weenies, I`ll take a few digy pics and send them off to the cbsa...
