Subject: rough day

it sure has been a rough day. a six plus lb butt was just taken off the cooker, 12 1/2 hrs to reach 185, which equates to about two six packs plus lol. its just resting in a cooler as we speak and i have a fresh loaf if italian bread ready to be sliced. man gotta like that.

speaking of liking things, my buddy did just happen to scan the photo of Bruce and his twin Loose Hoghead and i was kinda hoping he might be able to post it since i sent the photo a few hrs ago lol. guess we will just have to wait and see what happens.
