Subject: Fred Flinstone Beef Ribs

I tried something new this weekend and I have no idea why I have waited this long. I did a rack of beef ribs. Lightly dusted them with a little rub and cooked over apple at about 250 deg. I started them at 10:30 am and by 4:00pm they were so tender and falling off the bone. I served them au natural without any sauce. Boy were they good. Very simple and delicious

Thanks Qfan for the tips.

Graham
