Subject: Brantford Summerfest-message for Bruce

Good morning Bruce. Just a short note to let you know that the missus and I are planning on arriving in Brantford on Friday, sometime in the afternoon. Just wondering what it is that you will be wanting me to do to help. Got to "be prepared" ya know (good old Boy Scouts). Is there a motel nearby the site? Will I need to book it now? If so Could you give me a call @ 204-348-3702 and let me know?
