Subject: Wood Chunks

I live in mississauga and would like to find a supply of good wood chunks for smoking. No problem sourcing chips but I keep hearing people talk about 'chunks' of various types of dry wood. I know that I can probably access apple or (???) from a grower but would like to source something more exotic if possible. I own a large big green egg. Any suggestions appreciated. Bully.
