I'd want to thank everyone for the great feedback, bbqing and smoking is a blast !....I learned alot from Scott Jacobson,and his uncle Bruce...i'm proud to be a member of the CBSA and i really enjoyed meeting and competing with the other teams....My brother Greg and good friend Craig Johnson ( Schultz ) recently aquired smokers so they came up with the food ideas....i live in Toronto and love coming home to Brantford to be a part of the fun..smoking...eating...drinking..laughing...thats whats it's all about !...gotta run
